Stock Associate

Job Summary: The stock associate is responsible for ensuring the shelves are stocked and reporting when ordering of more product is needed. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (General front desk and/or worker comp specific):

  • Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.
  • Greets and interacts with all customers and vendors.
  • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
  • Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or on computer.
  • Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
  • Help customers find the location of products.
  • Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
  • Receive, unload, open, unpack, or issue sales floor merchandise.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.


Minimum Age Requirement:

  • 16 Years


Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication. 
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers, facsimile machines, and printers.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette 
  • Active listening skills 


Physical Requirements: 

  • High energy level
  • Knowledge and use of proper body mechanics
  • Some ergonometric and eye strain
  • Varying standing and sitting for extended periods of time throughout day
  • Lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching and reaching



Sales Associate

Job Summary: The sales associate is responsible for working closely with customers to ensure a great experience when coming to the store. Sales Associates should be able to answer questions, locate products for customers, and recommend the right solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (General front desk and/or worker comp specific):

  • Greets and interacts with all customers and vendors.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service. 
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Cleans in and outside of store including but not limited to sweeping the parking lot, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning rest rooms, filling water and towels at the pump, replacing pay-at-the-pump receipt paper, etc).
  • Stocking of shelves and coolers.
  • Help customers find the location of products.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on collaboration with other team members, for team environment.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans.
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

  • 16 Years

Food Service Associate

Job Summary: The Food Service Associate performs basic food service functions, including preparing/serving of food items, stocking of supplies, and cashiering. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (General front desk and/or worker comp specific):

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and food is prepared as requested by the customer.
  • Ensures food preparation methods, portioning and presentation meet standards.
  • Sets up and closes out cash registers and performs cashiering as needed.
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the food lines, dining rooms, patios, and bathrooms. 
  • Monitors and executes preparation, handling and storage of food to ensure food safety practices are met.
  • Restock necessary items as needed.
  • Take phone orders.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on collaboration with other team members, for team environment.
  • Complete other general cleaning duties, such as busing tables, mopping floors and emptying trash cans.


Minimum Age Requirement:

  • 16 Years


Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to perform cash register functions.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as subtraction, addition, multiplication, and percentages.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers, facsimile machines, and printers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette 
  • Active listening skills
